The Role:

Our client is seeking a motivated and detail orientated Accounts Assistant to join their finance team. This role is ideal for individuals eager to develop their careers in finance and accounting within a vibrant and fast paced sector. As an Accounts Assistant you will work closely with the finance team, assisting with essential financial activities and ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process and maintain financial transactions, including invoices, receipts and payments
- Assist with reconciliations and matching supplier accounts
- Help with month-end closing procedures and compliance requirements
- Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers regarding financial queries

Desirable Skills:

- Previous experience in an Accounts/Finance Assistant role is desirable but not essential
- Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organisational and time management skills
