The Role:
We are looking for a Finance Manager to join their expanding team. The position will offer the right candidate opportunity to further grow and develop whilst working within a community spirited environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the company`s existing finance framework and develop further improvements.
- Be a key member of the team, able to mentor junior staff and support both the FD and CFO.
- Acting independently to ensure the high standard of financial reporting is maintained.
- Create meaningful reports to deliver to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
Desirable Skills:
- Qualified Accountant - ACCA, CIMA or ACA
- Demonstrable background in finance management
- Experience using finance systems and Advanced Excel
- Proven ability to work in a multi-site environment
