Premier Work Supports Client is sourcing for a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director for the clients office in Basildon. A permanent position working Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Our client is looking for someone who has experience in this role and who is well organised and hands-on.
Skills and Attributes Required
* Efficient, confident, and passionate PA who has experience supporting directors at a senior level
* Highly organised with excellent time management, multitasking skills, and meticulous attention to detail
* High level of discretion and trustworthiness
* Able to work on own initiative and without direction
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to deal with clients and colleagues at all levels
* Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office with good touch-typing speed
* Personable, positive character, and a team player
Typical Duties
* Extensive diary management
* Meeting coordination and scheduling, including preparing agendas and minutes
* Booking, planning, and coordinating UK and overseas travel
* Preparing, formatting, and issuing correspondence and documents
* Inbox and to-do list management
* Liaising internally and externally with individuals/teams and clients on behalf of the MD
* Organising refreshments/lunches for meetings
* Attending meetings and taking minutes as required
* Planning and organising corporate events, meetings, conferences, and exhibitions
* Preparing and submitting expenses
* Office administration and any other ad hoc duties that may arise
