Premier Work Support are pleased to be partnering with a leading distribution business, based in Erith who are recruiting for a permanent Commercial Sales Representative.
You will be a self-motivated candidate who is confident talking to people on the phone and face to face. You will answer and proactively call new business opportunities, build relationships with new and current customers and turn these prospects into buying customers.
Other duties include:
* Effectively manage and maintain your own small group of customers whilst looking for opportunities to sell and open new accounts
* Researching and visiting prospect clients
* Working with all departments to effectively transact business and maximise volume and margins
* Processing sales orders using industry software
* Familiarising yourself with the full range of products and promote all aspects of the business
* Arranging and attending sales meetings.
You will have previous experience in office and field based sales, motor/trade or related industry experience and, due to the nature of the role, your own transport and a clean licence experience.
This role will initially be fully office based, however, once you are fully trained this will be a predominantly field based sales position.
This is a Monday to Friday role and the hours of work are 9:00am - 5:00pm.
