As the Service administrator you will be responsible for:
* Maintaining a busy inbox
* Raising orders
* Adding jobs and quotes onto CRM systemScheduling and booking engineers
* Excellent communication skills
* Excel, Word, Outlook skills
* Problem solving
* Invoicing client for completed contract work
Hours Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.00pm
This position is a temporary position for 3- 6 weeks.
