Your New Role

In this role, the main purpose is to carry out a range of daily facilities duties which facilitate the smooth running of the premises and provide support for a safe and efficient operation while ensuring all customer requirements are met to a high standard. You will have to undertake duties relating to the operation of the building and surrounding grounds in line with key SLA and KPIs, ensuring minimal disruption to the daily activities of establishment users.

Main Responsibilities.

The programme supports tasks efficiently and effectively. Making sure that the grounds are open and secured by agreed procedures.Provide first line response to reactive events.Making sure that the premises are maintained in a safe and secure manner.Ordering, distribution and storage of materials.Security Services, which includes management of CCTV and the alarm system.Furniture re-organisation.Help desk Logging and closing down jobs.Maintenance, which includes building and surrounding grounds. Undertaking cleaning duties Health and Safety

Skills.

Basic maintenance experience DBS Check (we can provide this if you have not got a current up-to-date DBS)Good customer service Strong interpersonal skills Knowledge of Health and Safety Legislation.
