Our client is seeking a proactive, hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead a small team and drive ongoing improvements across warehouse and stores operations. This is a permanent position offering stability, autonomy, and the chance to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead, support, and develop a team of two.
* Oversee goods-in, stock control, and dispatch functions.
* Ensure timely material flow to production.
* Maintain stock accuracy through regular cycle counts and effective ERP use (Sage experience preferred).
* Operate forklifts safely (valid licence required).
* Champion continuous improvement initiatives and uphold all Health & Safety standards.

What We're Looking For

* Proven warehouse leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
* Strong inventory control knowledge and confident ERP system use.
* Valid forklift licence (Counterbalance/Bendi preferred).
* Organised, proactive, reliable, and improvement-focused.
