We are currently recruiting for an experienced Estimator. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working for a small to medium sized construction / civils contractor, preferably with knowledge of groundwork and civil works operations including but not essential to all:
The successful candidate should be computer literate, have good clear communication skills (both verbal and written) and be able to self-manage own workload.
Duties to include
Estimating duties to include but not limited to: resource enquiries, preparation of estimates and tender submissions including undertaking site visits
Surveying duties to include but not limited to: day to day contract administration, project financial control and reporting, valuation preparation and submission, final account preparation, contract and account agreement and negotiation
Production of Method Statements and Risk Assessments
Assist other office departments at time of need
Full time
Salary - Negotiable
