Our client are an independent business, in the well-being sector, with a wealth of experience and history in their industry and a glowing reputation. Due to ongoing growth and success in their market, they are looking to take on someone to join their team of hard working Customer Service professionals.

A supportive and expert management team and a relaxed, yet professional office setting, allows for a brilliant environment to settle and see longevity. This role will start temp, with the opportunity to make it a permanent role.

You will enjoy a customer-centric role, without pressurised targets. THIS IS NOT A CALL CENTRE. The role will encompass outbound calls to contact existing customers and build relationships, establish needs and requirements and offer suitable service level for them, in a tailored manner.

Enjoy supporting the team with other inbound enquiries, orders and quotations, encourage new and repeat business and increased revenue for the business, whilst still maintaining excellent service and customer satisfaction. Record and load information into the internal systems, demonstrating good IT skills and attention to detail whilst working to a pace and to deadlines. Training will be provided, with information also accessible to everyone at all times on how to administer certain details.

This role would be brilliant for someone with good customer service skills, a good telephone manner and office experience is desirable. You will need to be comfortable calling out to customers, but remember this a soft-sales role, where relationships are most important, over hard-sales.
