Working a large established business who work within the property sector you role will be to carry out inspections of internal and external communal areas of properties and ensure that health and safety, maintenance and cleaning actions required within the job role are implemented through liaison with contractors. To provide a responsive customer-focused quality estate service to tenants and residents in line with key corporate objectives, working in partnership with residents and residents’ representatives.

You will need to have a full clean driving licence and be happy to spend much of your day travelling from site to site, a good understanding of basic building and repair work and the ability to utilise an iPad at work to log information. You will also need to be immediately available to start work.

In return for your hard work you will have access to a company van for work purposes only, only work Mon - Fri 8.30-4.40 or 9-5 and have a garaunteed contract until Novemeber 2021 and with the possiblity of extensions or permanent work.
