A fabulous opportunity has arisen to join an established, successful, and growing organisation within the Insurance Industry they have a focus on training, development and progression
• To deliver an excellent level of administrative support to the FNOL team, assisting with the maintenance and timely progression of the customer’s claims portfolios.
• Finalise steps for claims closing on a national database making sure the financial settlement is correct.
• Responsible for the phone system and will transfer calls to other departments.
• Manage incoming emails and upload them into correct claims.
• Check reports from suppliers to match existing claims
