A very successful company based in the Rochester/Strood area is looking to recruit a Counterbalance Forklift Driver/Production Operative initially on a temporary basis. There are opportunities for permanent employment for the right candidates after a qualifying period.
Your main duties will include driving a B1 Counterbalance Forklift to load pallets and move finished products. You will also operate plant machinery, monitoring the production process and carrying out regular quality control checks.
The shift is 18:00-04:00 Monday - Thursday.
Overtime is applicable after 48 hours at time and a half.
The company offers excellent training and benefits for someone who is looking for a long term career.
