The Atlas Recruitment Group are currently searching for a Systems Engineer to join a successful and growing Managed Service Provider that exclusively support London's busy investment sector.

This organisation have had a lot of success stories covering the United States and more recently London due to its growing investment space, they are now looking for Engineers to join their operation who are looking for a rewarding environment where they can be involved in working on-site with customers on project-based work in the Cloud.

The right candidate will be someone ideally with strong experience across 2nd/3rd Line Support within a Managed Service environment and is looking for the next step in their career. From day one, you will have clear career pathways in place for you and support from the company to help you receive regular promotions and pay rises.

Key Responsibilities:

* Be an escalation point for the Junior Engineers and supporting a range of customers across the Investment sector
* Resolving technical faults and issues whilst working to SLAs
* Visiting customers on-site across London to work on and deliver project-based work
* Always look to improve and develop your skillset

Experience Required:

* Active Directory, Group Policy, Windows Server 2016-2019
* M365 (SharePoint, InTune, Exchange Online, Azure AD)
* Azure
* Previous experience in an MSP
