Fully Remote HR Shared Services/Workforce Lead

This role is a fully remote position, however do have an office based in Maidstone where you may need to go for an occasional meeting.

As a workforce lead, you will be supporting the team and manages the workload/priority to ensure a high standard of customer service is provided to various stakeholders. You will be required to -

* Respond to a wide range of queries regarding the use of systems, payroll, terms and conditions, complaints, audits, DBS checks etc
* Meeting payroll deadlines and queries
* Dealing with pay related queries which involve liaising with the external payroll providers
* Attending meetings as required
