My client, a thriving company based in Sevenoaks, is currently looking to recruit an Accounts Payable Supervisor to assist with maternity cover for 9-12 months.
The key responsibilities for this role are
o Supporting the Finance Manager in all aspects of the AP function
o Ensure the Accounts Payable team are replying to all queries in a timely manner and all queries are dealt with correctly and efficiently
o Monitor workload sent to and received from the outsourcing team
o Monitor turnaround times and highlight any issues
o To supervise the Accounts Payable team and offer advice in resolving complex queries
o Training of new staff and interns
o Update and provide timely reporting and KPI`S
o Deal with team issues on a daily basis
