Transactional Finance Manager | Mid-Kent – Hybrid | £40k - £45k + Bonus
Cobb & Jones Recruitment are partnering a highly successful tech company to assist in securing a Transactional Finance Manager on a permanent basis. The role offers very healthy hybrid working within a forward thinking organisation which genuinely values its employees.
Responsibilities:
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions whilst being hands on with both teams
• Provide overall management, direction and leadership to the transaction services teams
• Ensure appropriate processes are in place to ensure timely and accurate payment to suppliers, collection of cash from customers and the reporting and reconciliation of cash
• Engage team to drive performance and operational efficiency
• Review, create and implement policies, procedures and controls to ensure consistency, accuracy and reliability of reporting
• Setting team targets & KPI’s
