This company is based in Tunbridge Wells and looking for their newest employee to join their dynamic and growing team!
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage the company's accounts receivable
- Contact customers to collect outstanding payments
- Resolve customer billing issues and disputes
- Review and analyse customer credit limits
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve payment discrepancies
- Provide regular reports on accounts receivable status
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Credit Controller or similar role
- Strong knowledge of financial management principles
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
The role is office based Monday - Friday (9am-5pm).
Salary starts at £23,000 - £27,000 (+bonus + benefits) and higher salaries can be discussed based on experience.
