Our client, a well-established estate agency, are seeking an experienced candidate for the role of Assistant Lettings Manager. This role is perfect for someone with a strong drive and determination to meet targets and expand new business opportunities. Duties include:

· Conducting property appraisals

· Registering new applicants

· Property viewings

· Negotiating offers

· Managing and motivating the team

· Handling general administrative tasks

With competitive starting salary of £26,000 plus commission (up to £30,000 OTE) and a working structure of Monday to Friday, with 2 Saturdays per month (with a day off in lieu)…this is a rare and exciting opportunity!!
