Full and ongoing training + career development prospects.

Day to day, you will join a team environment, managing recruitment processes from start to completion. You will undertake combination of :-
• Business Development – proactive sales and client account management via phone, email, video and in-person (events, meetings, etc).
• Resourcing/Service Delivery – agreeing client vacancy briefings then using bespoke tools to identify, attract and qualify candidates.
• Candidate Management – briefing candidates, qualifying suitability, introducing to clients and formatting CVs.
• Process Management - Organising interviews, completing pre interview preparations.
• Offer/Feedback – negotiating employment offers, delivering post-interview feedback.
• Administration – contracts.

£23-27,000 + uncapped bonus = £40,000 OTE Year 1; £45-50,000 Year 2
