This is a brand new position - flexible on hours and length - joining a busy team, focused on providing a fantastic HR Manager with full generalist HR administrative support.
Including :-
- Recruitment and selection - setting up recruitment processes, organising interviews with Line Managers
- Onboarding - background checks, organising inductions and training
- Maintaining employee records including leave/absences and training
- Maintaining HR documents system
- Contracts administration
- Resolving HR queries with the HR Manager as appropriate

Mon – Fri 8,30 – 5
