Joining a successful, thriving department, this role will take leadership of a small team including;-
- People Leadership – work allocation, training, development and recruitment;
- Overseeing lettings processes from start-to-completion;
- Liaising with other departments for referrals and cross sales;
- Property Management support;
- Compliance to industry regulations;
- Tracking and managing budgets;
- Building and managing the profile of the department external eg attending events;
- And more!

For success with this role; you should have a property management or lettings background and MUST be able to commute to Tunbridge Wells on a full time basis
