Your new role
As the Customer Services Representative you will provide exceptional levels of Customer Service B2B, you will process orders, deal with any and all queries, any concerns and requests about products or the services they provide. You will also play a critical role in supporting the Business Development Managers to ensure that they are supported in growing the existing clients as well as securing new business.
You will learn about the clients requirements and needs and introduce them to new products, you will work closely internally with the team that fit the equipment for customers, process orders in a timely manner as well as handling things such as customer pricing, stock and product technical queries. You will provide quotations and documentation as required and deal with any issues related to the product.
You'll also get customer feedback on the products and develop a thorough understanding of the products available as well as keeping up to date with any wider market developments.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience working in a B2B Customer Services role is essential, you'll need to be highly proactive and be able to develop strong professional relationships. Being able to demonstrate a strong product knowledge would be massively beneficial.
