HR Administrator, Sevenoaks – Temporary Role - £13.80ph

My client urgently requires an experience HR administrator to join them on a temporary basis (potential to become a permanent role)
Working within an education setting, you will be required to provide full administrative support to the HR Manager to ensure the smooth running of the department.

• Using the school’s internal system to record data
• Assisting the HR Manager with various administrative tasks
• Using HR best practices to assist the HR Manager
• Communicating effectively with students, staff and parents in a professional and friendly manner
• Covering reception duties
• Liaise with bursary staff on matters relating to payroll.

The ideal applicant will have:

• Experience of working in a school
• Experience working within HR
• A real passion for working within an education environment.
• Experience utilising SIMS (School Information Management System) within an administrative role.
