Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

Office Based



Duties

As our Customer Relations Officer you will



Update databases and maintain excel spreadsheets

If no contact with customer from the initial phone call; diarise follow ups and ensure that this is followed up to completion and enters the agreed escalation process where needed.

To respond to enquiries from customers, in a professional, timely and efficient manner



Where our client does not hold current contact details, you will then need to research the organisation to find these contact details,

For customers who have outstanding fees / invoices, to request these payments are made and to provide payment methods available setting clear timescales.

For relevant customers who have outstanding payroll reports, request customers to provide the report and support them on the process, setting clear timescales

Requirements

* Experience working within an outbound call environment.
* Ability to overcome any obstacles when contacting customers and provide a best-in-class service.
* High level accuracy and eye for detail.
* Ability to manage own workload to ensure strict deadlines are adhered to.
* Experience with using Microsoft Excel and multiple computer systems.
