A Lovely role, set in the heart of Sevenoaks, beautiful offices working within a friendly and supportive team.

Duties:
- Perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Management of company email inbox and distribution of emails to relevant parties
- Proficient IT skills
- Audio type and proofread documents, reports, and correspondence
- Setting up clients on database
- Credit control

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role
- Proficient in using Google Suite and other computerised systems
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Proficient in typing and data entry

salary up ro 25k + bonus 22days holiday, and free parking
