Responsibilities to include the following:
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS systems such as Taleo, PeopleSoft, and Workday
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries
- Support employee relations by assisting with investigations, documentation, and resolution of employee issues
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records for various HR processes
- Assist with HR projects such as performance management, employee engagement initiatives, and policy development
- Coordinate training programs and maintain training records
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department
