Our client who is a large leading Lloyd's Insurer is looking for a Team Coordinator to join their IT / Technology Architecture team in the London, City office on a 6-12 month contract. The purpose of the role is to ensure all the teams existing processes are managed effectively and aim to further enhance the efficiency of these processes.
Main Duties:
* Assist the Chief Architect in comparing data and insights
* Oversee the demand/ work tracking process
* Ensure all Architects update their weekly work progress on a timely basis
* Organise and facilitate the weekly team meeting
* Prepare and distribute up to date reports, spreadsheets and needed documentation for weekly meetings
* Ensure meetings stay on track and the team stick to the agenda
* Ensure key notes, points and actions are captured. Write out minutes and save/ distribute to the team.
* Manage and update risks logs and processes
* Create, manage and update team records within Excel spreadsheets
* Liaise between the other teams in the company as needed.
Essential Skills Required:
* Previous experience working within an office environment
* Experience within Administration, Operations or team Coordinating
* Strong IT skills including MS Excel
* Methodical and organised approach to work
Desirable:
* Strong communication skills
* Analytical, enjoys problem solving and troubleshooting
What you need to know:
* Contract role 6 - 12 months
* Based in London - hybrid 3 days in office
* Salary between £35,000 - £38,000
