My client is seeking enthusiastic individual who demonstrate:
• A genuine passion for IT and computers.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent interpersonal strengths and a professional approach.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• A logical mindset and strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Your Role:
As a Trainee Support Technician, you will:
• Serve as the first point of contact for clients via telephone and email.
• Enjoy interacting with a diverse range of clients, providing exceptional customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and issues.
• Work effectively as part of a team to deliver solutions.
• Receive full in-house training to develop your skills.

Working Hours:
• A 6-month probationary contract, with a review for a potential permanent role.
• First 3 months: 9:00 am to 2:00 pm
• Next 3 months: 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
