Processing orders and preparing quotes
Handling customer queries and providing technical information
Coordinating logistics and deliveries to ensure smooth operations
Investigating and resolving order fulfilment issues
Liaising with suppliers and key stakeholders
Sending out emails and handling general correspondence
Assisting with ad hoc administrative duties to support the team
